Bad services - Applebee Restaurant
Hello, I love Applebee's and this is hard to do. My husband and I goes to the movies almost every weekend then love to go to our most liked restaurant right after. The location is so convenient and peaceful. We arrive to Applebee's for dinner, we was greeted and seated less than 2mins. The host told us our waiter will be right with us. We looked over the meal, we decided what we was going to eat. We waited and waited and waited no assistance, there was only two waiters on the floor plus the manager. They have five host greeting and seating, so we was just looking around to see who would serve us. We waited about 8 minutes passed by, we still haven't even be offered water or anything. So I told my husband I was very upset I will not even enjoy this meal so we left. Nobody said anything. I have had so many $10 off on your next meal, but why do I want to continue to come back to that location. It's sad because I've sent many surveys to the store manager about her managers on the floor, at the Applebee's on 21 e. Main st in Alhambra, ca. I refused to go back and I'm so upset that all the coupons I have I have to return to their location. That policy should be changed, the serves over there need a change fast. I love Applebee's but something need to be done at that location. There are two mangers there by the name MIKE, both need to be retrained or let go. Good luck.
