CORRUPT EMPLOYEES
Went to the Applebee's on 885 Hopper ave, Santa Rosa CA 95403 with my 3 year old daughter and fiance. let me start off by saying the food was mediocre and what i had ordered was undercooked. During our lunch the waitress wasn't very friendly or personable. After we ate and i wanted to pay, the waitress went to my table and swiped my card at my table. she then said all i had to do was sigh my name. i was thinking i would get another receipt and put the tip amount on that one than sigh it. well it seems that she had already put her own gratuity on there and of course it was 20%. I than decided to call the manager and tell her about her untrustworthy employee. When i talked to one of the "Day" managers she said "She would have to notify the general manager about it". The woman manager i talked to put down my name number and said "The general manager would call me tomorrow". Honestly I'm not expecting a call back. I cant believe someone would have the nerve and disrespect to do this.
