Poor mgmt handling of issue and lack of concern
Ordered a Thai chicken salad along with pecan chicken salad, when I got home from carside pickup... My salad was half empty in the container. I was really disappointed with the size of salad when my wife's salad was so full the kid was hard to get on. I called the store and was connected to Martha 'manager' and she did nothing to change my dissatisfaction. I don't ever complain but I was truly upset with my purchase and I wanted it made right. It seemed as though I was a bother to her with my issue and didn't even apologize. Upset with money spent, meal received, and the brush off by mgmt.
