horrible gm

My visit. at salina, kansas applebees sucked. the general manager walked around like she was pissed at the world, she never smiled and even when she talked to us about our steak taking so long, she was in a hurry to just say hey sorry ur steak is taking so long they r working in it. and walked away rudely. i don't know who would want a general manager to be so rude to quests, I'm scared to see how she treats her employees. never going to eat here again
